Ecom Simple Apps is a company headquartered in Laval, Quebec, Canada. We build apps for the Shopify platform. Our apps themselves are governed by separate terms presented at the time of installation on the Shopify App Store; these Terms apply only to the Website.

2. Eligibility

We are not responsible for the Shopify platform, the Shopify App Store, or any third-party services offered through them.

6. Third-party links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site or service. Following such links is at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Ecom Simple Apps, its founders, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Website. Our total cumulative liability for any claim relating to the Website is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website will be brought exclusively in the courts located in the judicial district of Laval, Quebec, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
